MAD Christmas

I think it is time we see that Christmas is a MAD day and change how we look at December 25,
MAD Christmas: I think Christmas is a MAD holiday. What does it mean to be MAD? (MAD= Make A. Difference)

I think it is ok to get and or to give gifts, put a tree up, but anymore I want to act like it is Christmas everyday which it can be. I want to try to help others all year.

So how can we make this a MAD Christmas. Well, hear are a few ideas.

1. Focus on people not things. At the end of life what will matter more the time you spent at work or time with family, and friends.

2. It might be a good idea to make a goal of doing something nice for someone it could be writing a note, sending Email, calling them up or taking them out to lunch.

3. Get creative with the gifts you give.

4. I think another way we can learn about being MAD is from the play the Christmas Carol with Scrooge who was a mean man.

Scrooge said he would not give money to help others because the poor houses were still open a long with the jails.

I heard a few years ago that a church had stopped helping a family and had sent them to Uncle Sam for help that was wrong and non Bible of that church to do. Scrooge had a lot of money but did he have joy no.

On the other hand there were folks like Tiney Tim's family who had almost nothing far as things went but they had true joy.

Tiney said he hoped folks would see him so that they could recall who healed those were sick at times.

What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world but forfeits his soul? It can be Christmas everyday but it has to happen in your heart and then it will be by the grace of God.
