No Christmas Joy

Do you not have Christmas joy this year? If not I know of some folks who understand what you are going through.
Merry Christmas! It is Christmas 2002 and do you have so called Christmas joy this year? Perhaps you do not have it because you are away from love ones. Did you know the one who's birthday we observe at Christmas time was away from his father that so called first Christmas.

That took place because God loves us that He was willing to have his son leave a perfect home Heaven to come help us because of our big problem sin.

It also might be a hard Christmas if you are missing a love one and this is your first Christmas or holiday without him or her. It does not matter if your loss was through a death or a family break up it is hard. A lady's adult son died who lives on the same street as my family. He died while out of town when a 13 year old girl was having trouble swimming and He saved her. However he could not save himself.

That true story reminds me in away what Christmas is about. I think it is great and very cool to take part in the Christmas holiday. It is a blessing to know that God sent His son to this world but lets not forget Jesus was born to die for you and I.

Then on what is called Easter Sunday He rose from the dead. He did that because He loves us.

Do you know Him if not ask Jesus into your life today. You cannot do any kinds of works to get Him to become your best friend all He wants you to do is accept Him.

That is what Christmas and God-Jesus is about having Him in this life so you are ready for the next life. Merry Christmas!
